Our affordable retreats are designed with YOU in mind, ensuring a personalised experience tailored to your preferences. At the Berber Retreat, you’ll enjoy a variety of activities with ample downtime to customize your itinerary exactly how you want it.

We understand that not everyone wants to engage in every aspect of a retreat, so we offer the flexibility to craft your perfect balance of planned and personal time.
 
The venue compromises of 4 apartments with 2 large roof terraces for any movement classes.

The basement apartment has a large working kitchen and can seat many people, just off the kitchen is the Sound Bath Room which doubles up as a sleeping pod. There are two toilets, one with shower. A large lounge area that doubles up as a sofa bed - the basement is capable of sleeping up to 8 people - with 2 double beds and 2 double or twin sofa beds in the other areas. The basement has a nice patio area with lots of seating areas and a hammock. The kitchen is the hub and where all meals are served.

On the ground floor with a few steps leading up, there is a one double bed apartment with a separate shower/toilet, a small kitchen and two large seating areas - both of these seating areas turn into double beds or can be used as 4 single beds allowing up to 6 people to sleep in this large apartment. It has a balcony with table and chairs.

Adjacent to this is another one double bed apartment which is similar to the other one bed apartment but is slightly smaller, and can only take 4 people in total.
On the 2nd floor there are 2 double bedrooms and the living areas can accommodate another 3 people so this area sleeps up to 7.

This floor has a large patio area with seating, and up on the roof terrace there is an amazing undercover seating area to watch the amazing sunsets with plenty of space for any movement classes/sunbathing etc.
 
The beach is just a 5-minute walk across the road with a stunning 12km long beach where you will find camel rides, horse and pony rides, watersports, and surf lessons.
 
On the beach you'll be offered Moroccan tea, freshly cooked doughnuts, fresh fruit, etc. by sellers, but it's not excessive and the culture is not to push, so you won't be pestered if resting on the beach. We have friends at the beach that will ensure you are looked after with sun loungers and activities that we have already negotiated best prices for our guests.
 
The cultural aspects that we include on all our Berber Retreats are:
Tamri Sand Dunes - Includes transport plus a camel ride in the dunes to our to discover the joys of the dunes and feel like you are in the Sahara, we return to the Retret after watching the glorious sun set!
Agadir Visit and Souk - short guided tour of the Souk and then you are free to discover all the delights of Agadir. Transport to the city is included and you are free to return when and how you choose. Guidance on buses and taxis will be given.
We also spend a sunset night at the beach with our local friends, open fire, live music - Moroccan style!
Traditional Moroccan Cooking Class - learn all about the spices and flavours of these traditional dishes and help to create the evenings meal with Abdel guiding you.
Fun and games in the evenings.
We include a breakfast basket in each apartment with some snacky bits as breakfast here is really Brunch and is served around 12pm. We include dinner Monday to Friday, as we have found most people like to take the arrival weekend to discover the town and local eateries. Brunch is available every day if you are deciding to just relax.
 
This Retreat can literally have everything you want in a Retreat! Design it yourself or come and design along the way as the mood takes!
 
The Moroccans have a saying - 'Mashi Moshki' - which means 'it's ok', 'no problem', or 'don't worry', - it will all get sorted!
